Please use this form to report any errors/bugs that you are/have experienced whilst using iTRACE or to suggest any improvements. Please note that you have to complete this entire form in order to submit it for processing.

When you submit this form the content will be logged by iBase Systems and you will receive email confirmation of your submission from one of the support members at iBase Systems. The details you enter will be captured in an enhancement log which is managed and maintained by iBase Systems on behalf of TfL. Please note that the completion of this form does not mean that your suggestion will necessarily become a feature/change in iTRACE.
