A vital element of this is providing flexible, timely support of our products. We offer a selection of support packages, geared to the scale and nature of each implementation. Typically we will operate a support policy in conjunction with our client’s existing IT support infrastructure.
At iBase there are two distinct areas of support;
• Online User Support Area
Once you have logged in your user area you will be able to download software for your module solution such as updates, patches, utilities and management tools, as well as gain access to documentation, best practice and training tools.
• Help Desk Support and Consultation Services
