Envirohub PMS - Inspection Allocation

An automated allocation process assigns transect/services to Users in the following manner:

For each Service on a particular day of the week there may be many hundreds of transects on the master database.
The allocation is based on a random selection of a fixed percentage (configurable) of transects from the total population of transects for one Service for one shift on one day of the week. The randomly selected transects will be flagged on the database.
Along with the randomly allocated transects, other transects are included based on those:
- Flagged as Hotspots
- Transects that failed during the previous shift
