Envirohub PMS - Data Maintenance

There are data maintenance screens for managing:

· Manage Transects: Details of the location

· Manage Wards: Details of Borough, Ward and Ward code

· Manage Class: Details of land use classes, codes and IDs

· Manage User: Users need to be assigned to roles

· Manage Area: Details of the areas into which transects can be grouped

· Manage Grade Category: Details of grade categories e.g ‘Good’ and their associated percentage failure range.

· Manage Hotspot: A transect can be highlighted as a problem area (Hotspot)

· User Area Allocation: Allocates an area to a User/Shift combination

· Transect Service Schedule: Allocates a service/shift/transect combination to a day of the week.
